This was a normal day in my life. Have been putting up so many guest preparation vlogs and so many variety dishes included. And it doesnt happen everyday. Only on certain occasions I prepare such. Our meals are very simple on certain days and it all depends on my mood totally. Though I love preparing variety dishes, at the same time, I dont enjoy cooking on normal days where we cook rice, curry, side dish, pappad so and so. It’s kind of boring for me.

Green chillies - 4 slit
Garcinia - 3
Tempering :
Shallots - 4 sliced
Coconut oil - 4 tbsp’ curry leaves - a handful
