Working Out the Neck. Started with Neck Rasies, 100 reps a day for 30 days. The in part 2, did 100 reps of side neck raise and 20 reps of neck raise. In Part 3, I will be doing 100 reps of reverse neck raise along with 15 each of Side Neck Raise and Neck Raise

Also, shout out to 1stman as his videos played a role in my understanding of the importance of working out the Neck. I initially started looking for it due to postural issues, and then found such videos that gave me more knowledge of its importance.
