Wow some inspiration for cold brew coffee. Just realized that we both use the same ratio 1 gr coffee for 10 ml water but different grind size, i usually make it on medium to coarse and brew it immersive for 12-24 hours. Some things i like about this method is, you can highlight the characteristic of the coffee (i often get the flavor of nutty, chocolate, floral and fruity). It's kind of refreshing coffee and have such a complex flavor if you noticed it.
I Usually make my white coldbrew for daily consume like:
Coffee Beans ( 70% Arabica 30% Robusta )
- Coldbrew Concentrate 120-150 ml
- Milk (UHT/Freshmilk) 150 ml
- Simple Syrup 10-15 ml ( Optional: you can add flavored syrup around 20-25 ml )
- Creamer 25-30 ml

Looking forward to trying your recipes for my own personal enjoyment. I wrote each recipe onto a recipe card. I just got a espresso machine so I am learning to master it too. Soon all my friends will be enjoying my coffee from time to time.

Hello Miss Chao for the white chocolate mocha.. you mentioned 15ML White choco syrup (2 pumps) but in translation you put 30ML?
