I love your new haircut! I was showing some insulin resistance so I started the low carb high fat diet. All of my inflammation markers lipid panel and glucose improved so much! In fact my doctor said stay here and don’t change anything and keep this up. But then I started to feel dizzy upon standing just out of the blue. And I actually fainted once. So now I have had to up my carbs a little bit and I don’t feel as good doing that but I don’t want to be dizzy so I’m kind of frustrated. So my Bp decreased too much. And yes I consume lots of salt and liquids.

Thank you for this. I have all these risk factors been on Keto almost six months and EVERYTHING improving. Not perfect but I believe there is a lot of healing going on. No longer taking a statin and bp meds lowered already. Lost 30 pounds wish it were more I have another 50 pounds or so to lose. I think even another 20 pounds down will significantly show a remarkable health benefit. Very sustainable way of eating. I wish more people could be reached to help. F age 58 Chicago
