I had the same failure but I also used 2 clamps. It held until the pressure ballooned the taped area and it burst. Today, Im going to try more wraps around and adjust where I put the clamps. My hose was over 100 dollars so its worth trying again for me. Thanks for the video!

Thanks for the video. If you filmed this in LANDSCAPE mode it would be more viewer-friendly. Does Flex Tape advertise THIS TYPE of repair?

According to the instructions you are supposed to wait 24 hours before using for the seal to dry I will find out in a couple day's

Flex-should be sued for false advertising. It did not work for me with no pressure except gravity.
