Great episode! My favorite part is watching you let your son unscrew the panel screws without worrying about the scratches. Riley, about the thyroid issues. There is Ashwagandha in that AG1 supplement you guys are on, right? It is known to affect thyroid function (among other things), and for some people it is very detrimental to supplement. Do a search on it.
