Oh my goodness it is absolutely unbelievably amazing the power that water has! I used to be a serious soda drinker and I hated water I would drink it sometimes especially if it was a hot day but very rarely. 2 years ago I completely quit sodas, and made a vow that for just 1 month I would drink 2 l of water so I bought a 1 l water bottle and drink two of those a day I never really believed that water could do what people claimed it could do I know we have to have it to survive but I didn't fully believe in the benefits and let me tell you after that one month I did not stop because I had so much energy it was so easy for me to sleep better at night to wake up in the morning I had more stamina less random pains like headaches and muscle aches.... It was just absolutely amazing!!!

Sleep thing very interesting. I better on less sleep as i have nec disc operation coming up soon so i wake up in pain and more tired after anything more than6hrs sleep. I better up early also6am but I'm a nite owl so i love the nite reading etc so my key is getting in2bed12/1am

Hi Dr. Mona I am a 19 year old girl and I have been dealing with Styes and chazalion for past 7 months! I had lash extensions and I put eye drops for irritated eyes which completely messed my eyes up! I got a reaction which caused Styes and chazalions on both of my eyes! I finally got a surgery a month ago but they reappeared within a week! They have also came down to my lower lid! I have tried every warm compress, baby shampoo, antibiotics, ointments, message, surgery everything but nothing had worked! It has taken a toll on my life and has affected me! Do you have any tips or advice please

I can physically be in bed for 9 hours but because of the constant waking up multiple times in the night it ends up probably being 5. my quality of sleep explains my fatigue.
