Need help….Few months back I mistakenly put a thin cotton warming pad on my neck area that was exposed to me attempting to pop what felt like an oval or round what I thought was liquid inside so I sort of forcibly squeeze or pop it nothing came out but I did manage to open some skin and like a dope I placed heat pad resulting in a burn I now have an area on my neck thats white compared to the rest of my neck with is closer to a slight looking tan . Is there any suggestion I could do it’s been about 6 months like this
