Checking your channel for the 1st time.
I have knowledge of an individual who beat a conealled weapons charge in Grand Rapids, MI, and was also paid 150k not to speak to the press as to how he won his case.
The legal precedent used was Marbury v Madison.
Any thought on this, and would you care to investigate further?
I do not know the gentleman's name, but if this case is made known to the gun owners of MI, we could rapidly become a Constitutional Carry State and kill the multi-million dollar State run permit system.

In my opinion michigan requiring pistols to be registered is a violation of constitutional law. Federal government is not allowed to keep a database of who has what firearm, the type and serial numbers.

its too bad that theye turned a "right" into a license that costs $115 every five years. Seems like a BS money grab to me. Does anyone know what the $115 is spent on?

So unconstitutional, as attorneys you should be fighting these laws tooth and nail. The entire need for a CPL is unconstitutional as is any law that restricts or hampers any citizen from owning, carrying open or concealed, or purchasing any firearm. If i strap my pistol on no one knows and im not asking permission, the criminals sure dont ask permission. So i guess that just makes me a criminal.
