The fact that both these manufacturers are offering 20-inch rims on the so called OFF-ROAD ORIENTED trim means that they found that practically nobody takes these off road. No serious off-roader will ever purchase a 20-inch rim when 17 and 18-inch are available. These are show rims on show trucks.

Chevy lost me after 2016.. when I was shopping for a new truck the guys at the dealership laughed at me when I told them the price I wanted. I ended up waiting till 2019 (was still driving my 2000 Silverado 225k miles) and bought a 19 f150 stx 5.0 .. so far its been great 52k miles atm.

I just looked at a Ram 2500 gas engine truck yesterday. It was a tradesman and my dealer wanted $62, 800, the truck was extremely dated looking on the inside and outside. Chevy has a 2500 for $58, 000 with the new infotainment screen, which is a much nicer looking truck.

Ridiculous, it’ll be truly sad if there are new auto loans that run into the 15 year term in a weird universe so people can afford em! Crazy high prices for a pickup truck these days that are near 100k or even pushing that, truly mind boggling for the average working American.

I'm not in the market for a truck, but I really like that Trail Boss HD.

I like the shorter wheel base of the double cab. If the Trail Boss doesn't come with the double cab, I'll just go with a Z71 and 18-inch wheels and save some money.
