Access denied.... Even opened the Command prompt as Administrator

I cant copy the file location at the top instead it gives me a path.

God dammned why is ther not a short cut for this like in Mac Computer ??? I will never again delete something in the CMD, after i have in the past deleted a very important folder for ever in the past ! Please a other solution CMD is for to delete something way to dangerous and a totaly NO GO
