Easiest Apple Cake Recipe - Super Soft and Delicious Cake in 10 Minutes! 😋

This apple cake recipe is super soft, so delicious and easy to make. It only takes 10 minutes of work to get a super tasty homemade apple cake.

💥 Apple Cake Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (190 grams)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sugar (150 grams)
1 cup (1-2) red apple, peeled and roughly chopped
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil (120 ml)
1/2 cup greek yogurt (120 ml), can be substituted with milk
a pinch of salt
**add 1-2 tbsp milk if the batter is thick**

💥 Apple Cake Recipe Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line an 8 inch (20cm) cake pan with parchment paper and grease with oil or butter.
2. Peel, core and cut apples in small pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar. Mix to combine.
4. In a separate bowl, add eggs, vanilla extract, salt, oil and yogurt. Whisk to combine.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently mix with a wooden spoon until combined Add chopped apple and stir briefly to combine.
6. Bake cake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes, release from the pan and let it cool to room temperature.
7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with ice cream or coffee.

I am making this cake right now, and just put it in the oven ! I added 2 tsp's of Cinnamon and a pinch of ground nutmeg, a pinch of cloves, a pinch of all spice and a pinch of ground ginger, just because I love the Autumn baking spice scents and flavors !!!
