I make this recipe all of the time. It’s perfect when you haven’t gone groceries and always keep apples in the fridge so you can bake it real quick. This has saved me so many times I need something sweet but my pantry is empty. Love it!!! Kid friendly too ✅

I made this recipe, very good. If you prefer more cake, less fruit (honey crisp apples), use one apple, and cut pieces smaller. It freezes well.

I made this and it turned out to be delicious although I did add 3 apples and not 2 as the recipe suggested. Next time I will add some cinnamon powder when I add the apples to the mixture just to give the cake extra flavour but that's just my personal preference.
