SLATE: when using it? Personally, I use Slate only when necessary, with complex materials. In this specific case, I won't cover space in the screen with Slate, for single nodes. I know, many users feel or think that Slate is "more professional", but finally it's just visual. In this case, I don't need anything visual to simply connect a couple of nodes.

Is there any possibility to make Base material completly invisible? I put the opacity to 0 but it still affects on visible layers (affects on refraction)
