I just checked out your website. Curious as to why you don't simply do a real estate crowd funding thing, like FundRise or something. Honestly, I couldn't come CLOSE to what you're asking for with your program (I'm a dishwasher for Pete's sake... With kids, child support, and I invest in individual stocks fairly regularly), but I do have something of a $280/month+ side hustle that could be put into a Fundrise-type of situation.
