Hernia :- Abnormal Protrusion of whole or a part of a viscus through the wall that contains it.

Enterocele/omentocele
Enterocele:- content is intestine.
Omentocele:- content is omentum.

Presence of expansile cough impulse is almost diagnostic of hernia but absence of cough impulse does not exclude.

Two Cardinal signs of uncomplicated hernia
Impulse on coughing
Reducibility

Femoral hernia
Congenital hydrocele
Vaginal hydrocele
Lipoma of cord
Undescended testis in SIP
Enlarged Inguinal lymph nodes
