Hi, I am so pleased to have found your excellent, relatively easy to understand and clear presentation of what my recently diagnosed inguinal hernia actually is. My doctor is lovely but she couldn’t quite describe it in as clear a fashion as you have here. I have obviously been confusing abdominal hernias videos, up to now, as I was hoping to strengthen the muscular wall through which my inguinal hernia has rudely entered, but from your explanation that doesn’t seem possible.
