A light and cooling dip made with yogurt, cucumber and mint. So great for cooling the palate alongside a spicy curry. This is my simple 5-ingredient Raita recipe.

Raita Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
1 cup (240g) thick natural yogurt
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
½ tsp cumin
1/8 tsp salt

I must give yours a try! I have made this before but without the cumin, it was somewhat lacking. Thanks

Similar to a Greek Tzatziki or Turkish Cacik.

Here's the tricky part, how do you make all natural indian yogurt or daihi which is the main ingredient for raita?🤣
Sorry, but using natural Greek yogurt is a fail for me.
