I have Fluorosis, when I was younger a dentist told my mother: "Oh yeah just let her swallow the toothpaste it'll help." To put this short, I hate my teeth. They are yellow not a dark yellow but I've gotten comments about it, as well as being treated differently at the dentist. The thing is, you cant "fix" it. You cant use whitening stripes, dye them, whitening toothpaste, they all fail. Its an issue WITHIN the teeth the only true way to "get rid" of the yellow is veneers. This is a insecurity I've had for a long time, don't let your children swallow toothpaste folks!

You explained how flurosis actually strengthens the teeth, and then say how to prevent it. What are the downsides of flurosis? You could have included it in the video
