Key grilling tips for when you need to use indirect and direct cooking at the same time!
1. Turn on an outer burner and the middle burner, leaving the remaining outer burner off
2. Close the lid and preheat to desired temperature
3. Place items that benefit from direct grilling (such as the prawns) over the hot outer and center burner
4. Place items that benefit from indirect grilling (such as the tomatoes) over the outer burner that was left off
5. Simultaneously grill direct and indirect!
6. Close the lid and wait for your perfectly grilled food!
