Servings - 3
INGREDIENTS
Bell pepper - 150 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Green beans - 50 grams
Baby corn - 80 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry basil - 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 150 grams bell pepper, 50 grams onions, 50 grams green beans, 80 grams baby corn, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 2 tablespoons olive oil and mix it well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Transfer, this onto a griller pan and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon dry basil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove it from heat.
4. Serve.
