This is one of your best designs, IMO. The living area is logically arranged with plenty of seating. Love the dining area in this one--spacious. Love the design of the stair rails. The best part is the skylight made to look like a dormer window from the outside.

Wow, wow, wow! Rassel, this one really checks all the boxes! Two bedrooms, cozy yet spacious, plenty of counter/working space for the cook as well as storage, and yet the cook isn't cut off from what's going on in the living room or dining area. The sheltered outdoor space draws nature inside and offers shelter during inclement weather and hot days and extends the living space. I also love the way the washing machine is tucked away under the staircase so that it's readily accessible but not visible from someone entering or sitting in the living room.

As for the second floor, the bathroom - which is gorgeous! - can be easily found by guests, without intruding on the privacy of either bedroom, and it also provides a buffer between the two bedrooms and more privacy.

I love the storage under the lower bunk bed as well as the storage in the steps up to the upper bed plus the closets as well as the two windows which prevent any feeling of being closed off.

The master bedroom is simple but again has plenty of storage and the windows and high ceiling keep it from feeling claustrophobic.

All in all, an outstanding job! Bravo, you are amazing!

This is so so good! Amazing! I really love the first floor plan, how it looks so cozy and spacious at the same time, plus that there's even a patio in the outside! I love it! And the fact that there's two bedrooms and it's a 5x6 piece of land. Truly amazing work! Can't wait to see the rest of your designs 😊

You have a gift for making these floor plans. Everyone keeps getting better as you look at what peoples needs are. Simply things that other miss like a dedicated dining space, bathroom between the bedrooms, a living space that feels so comfortable, spacious enough to have friend over or even just space for the entire family, washer/dryer tucked in so neatly and a patio for outdoor living. You nailed them all. I am amazed at the creativity God has given you. Your homes are the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve been doing floor plans since I was a child. You are Amazing! Keep up the good work. I can’t wIt to see your new plans each week. If i were ever to build a house again I would definitely use your designs!

The detail in your design from an aesthetic point of view is beautiful and harmonious. Light fixtures, mirrors, art work, etc. Then add to that your practical approach to space planning and you have a living piece of art = perfection. A beauty to behold. This coming from an interior designer who is not easily impressed. You continue to outdo yourself.
