Rassel, you did it again! Another very different, beautiful space. The highlight, in my opinion, is the second floor, what with the huge kitchen and the amazing deck. It seems made for a party! I can just imagine people preparing food in the kitchen, some guests hanging out at the dining room table and others gathered outside...and perhaps a couple of sports fan gathered downstairs watching whatever is on TV. Anyway, you've put your own unique stamp on another charming tiny home. Well done!

Everything is good but we can't pit the washing machine in living room, so these people specially make laundry room where we can people wash the laundry

This is a well laid out house! Nothing scrunched together and the windows bring in natural light.

I like the other design: sitting room and kitchen on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor for more privacy.

Do you use WPC board to decorate the ceiling and the deck of the balcony? Your design is really good. It gives people a relaxed and happy feeling.

Many pros here: Love the carport; love the placement of the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms and the shower door; love the spacious kitchen and dining area; nice, spacious deck.

However, I feel as if the living area/den is an afterthought, like you gave a lot of time, attention and thought to all the other rooms/areas, but crammed this in last wherever you could find space. The TV and stand are too close to the washer.

Because of this, I much prefer your other design, where the kitchen/dining areas--and the den /living area--are ALL upstairs. Also, you had that gorgeous row of windows on the far wall.
