I like that first responder how he said that the animals are like family like children. For some of us that's all we have is our animals. I don't think that people realize what it's like not to have friends or family and the only thing in their life is their animal. Some of us can't move around easily and we stay at home all day going to the store occasionally and the Animals is our only comfort and they're great listeners

I remember when I was homeless, everything was taken Away from me. I still kept my cat! Now I am not homeless today! I still have my cat too! I glad they treated her with respect!
