Hey in order to use the VOICE/Game EQ with the PS5 Here is the right setup:

HDMI Setup - Console Settings - Audio Output

From the PlayStation Home Screen, navigate to Settings > Sound > Audio Output.

Change Output Device to USB Headset (A50 X).

Change Switch Output Device Automatically to On.

Under Headphones, change Output to Headphones to Voice Chat Audio.

Change HDMI Device Type to TV.

Under General, change Audio Format (Priority) to Linear PCM.

From the PlayStation Home Screen, navigate to Settings > Sound > 3D Audio for TV Speakers

Change Enable 3D Audio for TV Speakers to On.

Change Apply Measurement Results to 3D Audio to Off.

Hey man the microphone on my headset was working at first but when I turned off my ps5 and turned it back on the microphone wasn’t working no more only the microphone on the controller 😢

Mine just arrived but I’m having an issue. How can the A50X send audio to a capture card at the same as sending audio to the headset? If the A50X is on, then the capture card doesn’t receive audio. If the headset is off, then the capture card receives the audio. How can the cables be arranged to achieve simultaneous sound? Please help!

LOGITECH, PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE: Many of us would love the option to purchase the A50 GEN 4 ear cushions OR an equivalent sized A50X CUSHION. There are many that want the originals, NOT just the MODS made from alternative materials. The reason for this is, the originally sized ear cushion is larger and fits over the entire ear rather than on it. They are not available anywhere for purchase and they are much more comfortable for many of us. THANK YOU.
