Investigation into Dallas police officers who laughed at a disabled veteran is on hold

Army veteran Dynell Lane called police for help but was ridiculed after urinating himself due to a medical condition. The investigation is being delayed further.

Discussed with the Dallas police chief Eddie Garcia regards to his no response and non action on this matter. In the past he has given the appearance of concern for victims this veteran was victimized by his police officers.

Since the Dallas PD seemingly has no time to resolve this issue, the disabled American Vet should file a major, and massive lawsuit against them, this is cruel, dehumanizing, and a federal crime, being he is disabled, and a War Veteran. All these ignorant cops should be Fired, and sued. The fact that this mans issue was the the source of their enjoyment, how ignorant and childish .😢😢😢 Dallas Texas, you have a serious problem with your police department.

I know the hiring process is stringent. Everything written down is to be true. Then comes the training. And at last you take the oath.

If you can not act professionally in an environment where you are held to a higher standard, quality- supreme. Then you have NO business in holding a position in law enforcement.

As a wartime military retiree, I suffer (among many) a similar disability having "gone the gauntlet" with flight attendants, airport officials, etc. over the seconds-notice need for a toilet. I carry documentation to that effect in the glove boxes of all my vehicles and in my travel folder when flying. I feel his pain and frustration!
