What mentally healthy people do:
1. Not being so easly offended/ not taking everything personal
2. Making things fun / not taking life too serious
3. Not letting others get you down and ruin your mood
4. Being curious in people and trying to understand the situation (before getting too emotional)
5. Having boundaries / knowing how to say no

I am quite good at having fun (my brain is an 80s dance party!), but people sometimes want to steal that joy. So that’s something I’d like to work on...not letting others squash my happy vibes.
I also need to be better at boundaries—not only stating them clearly but adhering to them.
