I had multiple Intel Display Adapter (newer/older version) along with MS Generic. I went back to the original Intel driver and fixed my issue.

i have tried everything from this video as well as other videos. i have recently bought a custom build pc with ryzen 5 5600g and i can only change brightness from amd software. there is no brightness slider no matter what i do. there is nothing regarding this issue on the internet either. could i be related to my monitor?
