This didn't fix my problem. When i respond to a group text it sends messages to everyone and i even get a message from myself

I want to send and get mms messages individual but using Google Messages i have to change the setting so everyone can see everyone's responses, and i don't want that. Samsung Messages lets me send mms pictures, Gifs Etc. Individually, and get individual responses. Do you know how or if Google will fix this?
