I did exactly what your saying, now I can do sub 40s quite regularly which is promising. The only thing I do different is I run with pace on most runs which seemed to improve me quicker

pace is good. 6.22 -6.25 average is what it takes. long slow run and speedwork

Just saw few seconds of the clip and figured he's vegan — and I was right. Looking so emaciated, the eyeballs are popping out.. :(
