This is the best instructional video I have ever seen. I watched it a couple of times before receiving my vibration machine. Today the machine arrived and my husband and I were able to put it together in about 25 minutes. You can probably do it quicker than that but we were being very careful. I stopped and started the video at each new step. If you get this machine, I recommend you watch this video first!
