I was on the fence about getting a vibration plate, it's called Anyrap vibration plate machine, but I have actually really enjoyed using it! There are a lot of benefits, like improved circulation and strength, but it’s also fun (my kids love to hop on and sing while it vibrates). I like it best for stretching - you can put your hands on it, or your feet, and you build strength from trying to keep your balance while holding the stretch. There are different levels of vibration, and I do feel much more relaxed and loose after using it for 10 minutes! It's more cheaper than AXV and lifepro, but high-quality still! Recommended!

I am buying whatever it takes to heal my Sciatica. Isn't there a rule about not using high speed when feet are shoulder width apart as the machine is contracting muscles, so wouldn't a high speed contracts muscles intensely?
Is there speed rules, like a Bove 15 is for circulation purposes and below 15 is for workout purposes?
