Few months ago, I bought a smartwatch of Noise (Noise Colorfit Pulse Grand) and after using it for 3 months, the screen automatically got damaged without me doing anything. So I had to claim the warranty of the watch and in this video, I have shared my experience with the warranty claim service of Noise. Did Noise solve my problem? If they did then how much time did they took to solve my problem? What is the step by step procedure to claim warranty of any Noise product? BEFORE ASKING ANY DOUBTS, READ THIS COMMENT.

Hello everyone,
I have been getting lots of doubt in the comments after I uploaded this video. So, I am answering below some of the common doubts that I have been getting so that you guys don't have to ask it again and again individually😅. So read this before asking your doubts in the comments.

Q1. What is GSTIN No.?
Ans: For claiming warranty, GSTIN number is not a compulsory field. So it is ok even if you don't have a GSTIN number. You can keep that field empty.
But still, for general knowledge, GSTIN number is a 15 digit number which is given to you when you register your business under the GST act.

Q2. What if I don't have the box in which I received the Noise product?
Ans: You can still claim the warranty if you don't have the box of the product. All you need to do is, after registering complaint, when you get a call from Noise, tell them that you don't have the box and they will suggest what you should do further.

Q3. What is watchfirm version?
Ans: To find out the watchfirm version, open the Noisefit app on your phone. Then open the 'My Device' tab from the bottom. After that, select you watch and you will see the 'Firmware version' on the screen. That firmware version is also called the watchfirm version.

Q4. Does it take any charges for claiming warranty?
Ans: No, if it is covered under warranty then it is completely free.

Q5. Watch fell on ground and broke, Watch fell in water, etc. Can I still claim warranty?
Ans: Physical damage and water damage are not covered under warranty. But I would suggest you should still try claiming warranty once because maybe they might accept your claim if you are lucky. And claiming warranty is free anyways. So there no loss in trying once.

Q6. I have already claimed my warranty once. Can I claim it again?
Ans: Yes, if your product is in warranty period then you can claim warranty any number of times.
