Service centre par thoda smartly baat kariye bina dare sahi tareeke se - aur agar aap sahi hain to warranty dena hi padega Brand ko 🙂

Basically there's no real warranty in India because of weak consumer laws. Google is a classic example of providing repair service without having a physical service center and the only solution for any type of problem is replacing the motherboard which costs as much as a new phone

I had been to xaiomi service centre and samsung service centre in the same area in Bangalore indranagar there was drastic difference between the two companies, xaiomi was useless at the end of the day, samsung was really good very satisfied with the way the communicated to resolve the problems . But i guess it really does matter in which area you get the phone serviced .

I have a Poco X2. It's back camera glasses were broken. I went to the service center and told them to get it done. After it was repaired, they left out some bits of glasses inside the new glass. In their defence, they didn't open the back and replace, rather they just took the shards out and placed a new glass. Now after it was done, i checked the main camera and the auto focus was not working. I was honest about my Custom ROM and they adviced me to go back to the global ROM and check. After doing that, they told me that they'll have to change the whole camera. They took it under warranty and cleared the shards which were present when the phone was repaired.

Now, they forced me to keep the phone there for a week for both the repairs. So 2 weeks in the store. At first they let me take my phone home and told me to come when the parts arrive. But didn't get a call for a month and when I went there, they were angry on me. In their defence, they did note my number wrong once on the service chart, which I had notified them to change.

Secondly, I believe the previous shards were physically blocking the lens movement for the focus. IDK, I'm just speculating here.

Recently I had to open up the back cover as my phone went dead when it was connected to PC and rebooted. I checked the internals and I couldn't help but notice that the camera seems untouched. As in the copper tape was still


I think the service center should, on demand, either let the customer see the repair or atleast give an option for the customer to watch their phone getting repaired through video stream

10:28 I faced a similar issue in my HTC Desire 526G+ years ago, got my back cover replaced twice in warranty(one year). The paint started chipping off the back panel in my case and the company did not deny my claim.

I have been following your content since 2020. Your work is worth appreciation. In this video, we could learn some theories and the vibes of the customer center to customers. Though this video does not give any practical example of warranty claims. I wish, you could go deeper into this matter and actually claim warranties as much service center as possible.

You not only tells the good features about the product but you also shows us what is wrong within that product and with its brand services.

That's what a consumer needs - practical knowledge. Otherwise in the name of review so called youtubers repeat the well documented specification of reviews.

I once got a really good service from xiaomi. She declared my phone as DEAD(and asked me if xiaomi technical team calls me I should say its not turning on) while it was just a software issue and got me a new device. The phone was mi 11x.

5:04 This same thing is with Apple, my Macbook's display got broken when a train seat fell on it, I still used it with an external display as it costed us 65K and they wanted 38K for the display, when its port and fingerprint stopped working, they didn't cover those issues under warranty unless I would pay them for the display. I had to pay them as the laptop was only two months old.
