Real life experience: My Boat Rockerz 255 Neo stopped working just 1 day before warranty. I raised the warranty ticket. I was little hopeful that it will be really replaced sitting at home. I thought I might have to go to service center in district place. But to my surprise, they picked up the product in 2 days, generated replacement order and 4 days after that I had new product at my hand. Absolutely marvelous job BOAT! :) Thank you.

My recent experience was not good with boat 131 got exchanged for 8 times in a single year.Imagine how much I used LOL

They literally rejected my warranty issue calling it damaged ( when it was perfectly fine when I returned it ) and sent me a pic of open airdopes like how would I know it was damaged inside. I had very bad experience. They took 4 days just to inform that. Terrible customer service.
I'm never going to purchase anymore products from BOAT.

Recently my boat airdopes atom 81, stopped working, it's light werent flickering and I remembered I had warranty then I tried to replace the product and it amazed me that one can replace it at sitting at home they took around 1 week and sent my repaired airdopes back Thanks boat ! For such a good service 😄

I have purchased the product 3months back using redeem points, only transaction I’d is there, no invoice no: or model code!, now when tried to claim the warranty service providers are asking for invoice no: & model no: & they said without these claim can’t be done! any remedy for this !??

Hey, i bought Boat airdopes this June and one side already stopped working . This is the second time this has happened. I didnt even drop the product or any other exterior damage.
Have Claimed warranty. I hope u guys do honest job with the warranty and replace my product .

I approached my nearest boat service center for product replacement.. my earphones one side isn't responding.. they took it but somehow it cancelled all the time, they told me to do online service. But now when i tried to claim warranty it sends me the address of service center..How to get the online pick up service.

So here is my experience about warranty claim
So last year 10 Dec 2023 I ordered a boat bass 100 black it's works perfectly fine I'm happy but after 5 month,
19 May 2024 my left ear peace of the earphone stopped working so I raised a ticket filling all of my details where the serial number is optional so I didn't fill because I don't know where it located at that time.
Then boat send a email instructions about next steps so I followed
Next day 20 may Delivery guy arrived checking my product and then I packed it in a box and handover it.
Later that night boat send an email we're you product in testing phase, next day
21 May Boat mailed me testing phase is complete replacement product sooner going to be shipped, then
22, 23, 24 May No mails
25 May, Morning 10 am I got a mail were your product is out of delivery and in 5pm I recieved my product😊
I'm happy good job I'm gonna buy more products from boat in the future for sure.
But I'm kinda queries to know does this replaced earphone comes with warranty?
Like what if it's stopped working after a month So does Boat do you still consider this product under warranty?

Hi, I bought boat immortal Im 1300 headphones last year on 13 may and I had to claim the warranty 3 times but the headphones still had the same issue and I just talked to the customer care agent about my headphones regarding the warrenty claim but the agent said that ur warrenty claim limit has exceeded. The warrenty will expire on 13 may and they are saying that you can claim it again after 120 days but till then my warranty would be already expired and why am I not getting the right product ??? even after 3 warranty claim pls help
