When I used to work at AWS I used to share videos from this channel with my managers and co-workers, I would have so liked to have worked with Sam at AWS, so funny, so intelligent and a brilliant coder.

i honestly feel betrayed by tech and the economy. worst thing is I now can't go back I liked coding so much that I push code to open source projects I deem interesting just because I want. I know that is just life and it does not owe you nothing but I am a believer that big tech orchestrated this unbalancing in the job market I even believe bill gates himself is the original person to blame for this. maybe I am just a bit salty about it but what else I am supposed to feel like? Happy about invesing years in learning a skill, reading books, solving hundreds of questions on leetcode, and understanding hundreds of proofs for obscure algorithms and math to then get kicked in the teeth?

Yeah, iv'e been coding since 2013 on and off, whenever I feel motivated. Still can't get a job in IT, don't even see entry-level or junior positions in Indeed anymmore. All roles requires 3+ years of developing highly available, robust and scalable apps and web-based products. How do I get a job? Should I just quit and go work at Tim Hortons until I get a hint? I heard about open source projects but I don't know where to start and seems daugnting to just start reading code without a proper guide or instructions what needs to be done. Very relevent video for today's job market and especially if you are looking for an entry-level position to work on "light" projects that don't require you to get a lobodomy to understand what needs to be done and how to do it!

honestly HR is making fun about our unemployment and status. Yesterday new joiner HR rejected my resume and interview that job does not exists. I was know job does not exists he called like drunk and he rejected like job exists! LOL.... Another HR sent me rejection, I checked her, she is STUDENT. Everyting will change and I am keeping this companies on blacklist, I will sent them when they reach out to me the mails!!
