All skin is normal skin | A little reminder for your mental health

I have been SO obsessed with my skin lately - breaking out leading to stressing out, even to the point where I didn't want to leave my house to be seen by other people. But then I reminded myself the importance of unlearning beauty messaging and marketing for my mental health. Though it's nice to turn to skin care/cosmetics as a form of self-care, I shouldn't be trying to find my worth in these products. Sometimes we just need a little reminder - we are all beautiful and worthy just as we are. ♡

Thanks Nicole! Every morning, I simply apply acne cleanser. Then at night, I just give my face a good wash. 😎

The best thing I discovered for my skin was sweating hard! Lolz! Breaking a serious, major sweat will cleanse every pore! I remember getting my cardio in every night at about 3:00 in the morning when I used to work graveyard at an old building I worked at that had a little hodge podge gym in it. I'd ride this little recumbent exercycle like I was trying to outrun a Bear for 65 minutes every night! After several months I noticed my skin was really clean! Lolz!

Skin can improve by eating more fresh fruit, vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds. Reduce intake of animal products, oils, flour and processed foods. See if this doesn’t reduce toxins and inflammation and render a visible difference.
