How to Add New Fish to African Cichlid Tank

I find the best thing to do is add the fish in during a water change also with the lights off. The fish are most likely more worried about the lowered water and don't have time to worry about the new guys in the tank. Make sure y'all add stress guard so the fish aren't so stressed out.
