A masterfully designed property; the best one I've seen in a while from JP's channel. The interior design, especially, is on point. I'm trying HARD to love the decision to put the pool and lounging area toward the front of the property though. They should forget making the pool double as a water feature and screen off the entire area with plants to afford the area with privacy.

Oof, these last two videos have been particularly epic! Loved this house’s design and the various water features. The blue led lighting throughout was such a nice touch! As a car enthusiast, my only complaint would be the 2-car garage for a $9M house but I know that’s not everyone’s priority haha. Gorgeous outdoors areas. The materials were all so elegant too. Wow, absolutely loved the master closet and bathroom! Rooftop deck and private seating area were cherries on top of an already incredible property.
