I’ve watched this video several times and this home is one of my favorites. I like the quiet ambiance and understated decor, which is very calming and inviting. I also like the use of natural tones in both the furniture, floors and walls. It’s a thoughtfully laid out floor plan and the landscaping is just stunning. Another excellent presentation, Enes, and although Mikey couldn’t make it, Dal did an excellent job.

In Bel Air the price probably would be the double for that kinda mansion. But you can never ever get rid of those Ocean views. And the jungle vibe they put in the architecture is so cool 🔥 Reminds me a little bit of the Goldstein Residence

I LOVE this home. The structural features provide all the eye candy one needs, every luxury was included. The furniture takes a back seat to the structure, the openness, the landscaping and gorgeous artwork. (Not padded walls, acoustical or upholstered walls).
