Jp. I was on a cruise for my birthday so catching up now on 200 notifications. The preview looks amazing. Oh yes. Great front elevation and view on entry. The powder room is busy. Love the floors and the sitting area to the left on entry but not that it’s sunken. An elevator 🙌🏼. Lovely family room, dining room and staging. Love the many seating areas. Lovely balcony overlooking the amazing backyard. Large informal dining leading to a large sleek kitchen. Love the wine/water bottle refrigerated storage mid fridge. The lower level is 🔥. Always appreciate a bar and 🧊🥃🍷🍸🍺. Another sitting/movie area. Unique wall sconces. Wine room🙌🏼. Powder room. Spacious laundry with shoot. Another yoga/flex room and bathroom. I’ll keep it simple. The backyard is amazing. The primary is bigger than a NYC studio. The closet is amazing. Balcony. The en-suite is amazing. 2nd closet and laundry. Guest bedrooms and en-suites lovely and spacious.
