For $23 Million Dollars I would definitely be turning that car port into a real garage. But my favorite part of the home is all of the different hangout seating areas. I like to entertain and it's nice when your guest can spread out in different areas of the house. Instead of being crammed into one sitting room.

Always Great to see your Tour Jacob! I just wanna say The backyard of this home is very nice with a nice sitting Area and that massive pool really had me when u had those Drone shots going. I also love that beautiful kitchen, The big open space of the Living room as walk in! Love the foliage and just the nice plant life around the home it is very lovely. Mmmm...The price though is a bit steep but I could see why? I'm guessing because it is in Beverly hills I suppose the drive won't be too far to travel anywhere you want to go in LA?
