You can also sell a call below the low call that you bought, if you think the price will continue down because that will give you a bigger credit and you would now be in a credit spread.

Curious what your thoughts are on this? I purchased 5 x AMD call option back on 1/26 with 190C / Exp: 2/23. Cost was $8.09. Breakeven is $198.09. Is there any hope to save this call option or just take the loss and move on.

Newbie question: I bought a $15.00 strike for $1.52 on Lyft and it is way in the negative: I want to sell a $12.5 strike on the same expiration date and it is currently selling for .30 . Since the vertical spread was created in 2 separate pieces it does not appear as a paired vertical spread: instead it appears on Robinhood as 2 separate options...so how do I calculate my loss or profit? As one goes up the other goes down and which do I buy/sell first?

Hello, I have a call that was negative and tried to sell call to fix it but instead of rolling position i selected an ITM instead another OTM. Now I have 3 contracts still negative at .61 cents each and it says I have sell to open another 3 contracts of that stock. Help!!
