Fix For any laptop that won't power on especially Thinkpad Lenovo x1 Carbon

Quick no-fuss way to turn on a laptop that won't turn on. My laptop does this to me every few days and at first, it had me stumped.

Power Issue

The screen won't turn on and need to be de-powered and the battery disconnected then drain the remaining power with a CMOS reset.

Unscrew 7 screws underneath and pull the keyboard up it will unclick then you can get to the battery be careful.

For anybody wondering. The reason this works I believe is because he’s doing a CMOS reset. You generally can do this in a few ways. But this looks exactly like how you do it on a desktop.

Will this work for lenovo thinkpad E14 Gen 4? The power light just blinks 3 times when connected to the charger but then stops. I tried revoving the battery but nothing happens.
