Google can also pop up a driving reminder when you add an address to an event. If the place is 30 minutes away then the notification says time to leave 30 minutes before the time you have it set, instead of the default 5 minute reminder. Not sure if this is only on Android though.

I never thought of using hex codes so thanks for that tip....I'm off to change all my colors!!

I really found this video helpful. I don't know why I didn't think to add my bills with the balance to my google calendar. I've always just used a notebook out of habit, but I'm definitely going to do this. However, I think rather than going back and adding an icon when it's paid, I'll just change it from the default calendar color, to green for that specific payment date.

Thanks for the video! It was very useful. I’ll def start putting payment reminders for the whole day and put the checks on it. Also making it into one separate calendar—kinda had it with everything else and sometimes I forgot about them😭

It's a good video just to let people know that if you add a reminder to your keep note it will appear in your Google calendar as a reminder and you can click on the link to jump in and out of the keep note 👍

I’ve had the same issue trying to figure out what to us to plan..I used paper for a while but got very time consuming cause all the writing lol I am definitely going digital it’s quicker and you have access to it everywhere! I am using apple calendar tho because I can also see it on my Apple Watch and I won’t forget anything!

I found this to be a great video when I get my notebook air. Right now I’m using an iPad. Does the google task list show up next to the calendar on the Mac notebook air?
