I am 14 and i can do 20 push ups, 5 dips, 3 chin ups i can even do l sit, tucked planche and handstand holds but only where i lack in the pulling movements but i am pretty good in the pushing movements i have also tried those 1 arm cheated push ups by watching your videos i got 3😊 love from india 🙏

Hi i have a question. I can do 10 dips but after that my sternum hurts pretty much for a few days (I mean the pain is only while doing dips again) Is it normal? Or i should feel only like tricep and chest

I know this comment isn’t associated with dips but I was just wondering if there’s any point working abs if you (me) have a bit of loose belly skin?

My pull is over power my push i can do 8 pull up easy but can do a dip
