I don't think I've ever seen ring triceps dips before. Looks like something I'm going to start adding to my routine.

My favorite dip for beginners is a sour cream and onion dip. A cup of sour cream and a packet of onion soup mix combined, garnished with chives makes a delicious result. 👌

I used 2 chairs and squatted between them while doing the dips.
Strength at max range is more important to me than max strength.
ESPECIALLY since I am rehabbing frozen shoulder or other impingement issues.
Plus the squats were still great exercise even with the arm help.

I tried to do a climbing based workout and only did 3 questionable dips. Thanks for the modification and will try this next time!

I’m getting slight pain in the middle of my chest(between pecks), is it because I’m going to deep? Or is my body not used to the range of motion?

tricep dips don't make sense to me. they are so much easier to isolate than chest, so you might as well take all the chest training you get get.

Ring dips are great, right now I use different exercises for hypertrophy purposes like smith machine incline bench and regular dips but dips on ring teach you how to stay super tight through out your whole body

If I get a resistance band what strength (how much weight they can pull) should I get to do dips and pullups???
Or should I get like a set of 3-5 of them with different strength???
