Oh, Barry! This is my signature recipe at home (except no ham...just never thought of it!) and my sister begs me to make it. I roll the spinach filling into my crepes and pour my tomato sauce over all the rolls (like cannelloni) and some cheese then whack it in the oven. PERFECT.
