Welcome to Day 2 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being DREAM. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like neck release, head to knee, baby camel pose and seated twist.

I just can't bring myself to get up early enough to do these before work, but I am still following the challenge, just doing them as a wind down after work instead. Love your classes, as always. I'm actually really enjoying the challenges as well. It's not something I usually participate in, but I'm trying to push outside my comfort zone a little. Thank you, Kassandra!!

I just found you today. I’m returning to practice after 7 year layoff. I’m pretty stiff and limited but your gentle approach is safe and inviting. Looking forward to progressing, but reminding myself to stay humble and authentic, not competitive or aggressive. I’m going to be 71 in July this year. The best is yet to come. Thank you for your kindness and encouragement!

Is there anything better than that side stretch to twist sequence? So soothing! Thank you so much for doing this challenge. I recovered from a major depressive episode about a month ago and it feels good to look forward to this each day! My dream is always travel, travel travel. I love seeing new places.

Day 2! I enjoy the reminders on breathing with belly and the hip push downs! I constantly forget! Also relaxing the shoulders!

today's yoga centered around Dreaming made me think of purple, my favorite color so i felt ethereal and calm after :) I'm loving this challenge so far

Day 1 left my arms and shoulders sore, as had only been doing standing yoga for the past 2 months post-breast surgery... so today's Challenge was a welcome light relief! Thank you 🙏🧘‍♀️ ~ Mandy

my favorite moment to do yoga is after a long run. there is nothing better than running during a snowfall so I am so happy because of this ❄️

Thank you for these sweet simple movements. I recently had an inflamed femoral nerve that I've been resting and these last 2 classes have been perfect to get a little movement in without causing additional inflammation in my nerve!
