I can definitely confirm that exercise leads to eating better which leads to sleeping better which leads to more energy.

30 mins walk daily, 30 mins reading daily, sleeping time to be fixed, eating time fixed.

I want to say I retired after 30 years as insurance Account Executive, but throughout my career I was an avid person who took his health and financial as #1 I just retired at 59 and just received my spinning/cycling and personal training certification and doing instructing at the local Y's in my area. LOVE IT! the key is to set yourself up and when your can transition you will do in something you enjoy. I was told this over 25 years ago take care of two things in your life and you can do anything . #1 your health(I am 59 but look and act as if I am 39), #2 take care of your finances. A rich man is a man with $0 debt. I have a payed off house, networth of over 1million and $0 debt car debt, CC debt etc. Get out of the matrix of life!!!!

As someone who's been stuck in the same rut for years, this video was a wake-up call. It's time to break free from limiting beliefs and start making those tiny changes that lead to big transformations. Let's do this!

"Embracing your future self, your more authentic self, " and for me it was understanding that we all have the power to shift our own reality and change our life, that was the biggest breakthrough. 🙌

Excellent video! My keystone is waking up and thanking God for a new day. Sets the tone to be calm and peaceful. Then… lace up the shoes and get moving

Data Analytics, Cyber Security and AI specialist here. You're right! I never really noticed this about myself, but have always gravitated towards high paid skills. Thanks for the affirmation.

Perfect message for me, I'm 61. Had to deal with parents getting sick in 2018. I just lost my job. Unsure why it happened then. Then weeks later many challenges happened that gave me why. I had roof issues, both parents got sick. Found out Dad only had 5 years to live from bone disease. Mom needed heart operation. I became care giver. Help with appointments, medical, repairs, maintenance for 2 houses. Plus had to deal with legal and my own fatigue. They both passed very quickly Sept 2021. I'm still dealing with estate while looking for work. I'm ? Why employers are not calling me. I have also learned from the greats. I'm using mindset resources like Joe dispenza's work. I feel I'm in a waiting period. ? When will things shift. Yes, I can understand that the steps I took for years and focusing on main tasks, projects is preparing me for something big.

I want to reinvent myself again at 39. Life’s been such a roller coaster and I haven’t actually accomplished anything besides getting jobs, pretty much the basics.

Your video reminds me of the story of the baby elephant who was chained to a small, old tree. It tried to pull and pull on the chain, but couldn't free itself. So it learned that struggle was pointless here. Eventually it grew up to a huge adult elephant, who could effortlessly uproot the small tree, but because it learned it couldn't, it never tried.

If getting 1% better every day for one year then that's 365*1% = 37% better in one year! Yaay!!!

You popped up in my feed; so glad you did! On a mission to change my reality in 6 months as I turn 50 then. Adding in little changes here and there; drinking less coffee, drinking more water, cutting down doom-scrolling, increasing my reading, clearing out clutter, and now starting on skills development to see where it will take me as a career option. Thank you for the book recommendations, straight in to my audible wish list. And, obviously, have subscribed straight away, and will now go and watch the video you recommended.😄

Yes I think that too many tasks and too much multi-tasking just leads to low mood, there's nothing you've really achieved, just another day at the office. It is a great thing to concentrate on something and get good at it. And that's what can lift you out of the hum-drum. Then you don't check job ads you just pick the company you want to work for.

Wow I rose out of bed this morning feeling defeated by my recent successes which nobody seems to have the time to want to talk or feedback about, not through an email nor a jolly “good morning” text. This video is a game changer for me Laurie — over the next few months I am going to walk tall in silence and let my success speak for itself. Thank you from Brisbane Australia 🙏🏽😊✍🏽💭
